I can clearly see the positive impact I have on my organization and our organization has on the world I feel like I’m making a positive impact on our organization, but sometimes I wonder about how we’re impacting our clients There are glimpses of our impact on our customers, but sometimes I doubt my own impact on my organization I’m not clear on how I benefit the company or the company is benefitting our clients

When I wake up in the morning and I think about work, I feel:

Energized and motivated Go go gadget work! Perfectly fine - even-keel. Meh. It’s all I can do to army-crawl to my coffee maker

The amount of time I feel like I have in my day to sit and ponder things is…

About an hour a day of uninterrupted time - more if I plan in advance Potential to grab 15-20 minutes about once a day Maybe ten minutes a few times a week Every minute of every day is filled (and I’m exhausted)

I’d describe my ability to focus as…

Once I get started on something, I get lost in it - hours can pass without me knowing I’m able to focus 60-90 minutes at a time I can get short period of focus, Pomodoro method works for me It’s a 12-lane highway of thoughts in my brain 24 hours a day, nothing slows those thoughts down

Your current level of motivation at work is…

High - I ready to jump over buildings Medium - I feel motivated to achieve most projects and initiatives Medium-low - Motivation comes in fits and spurts, far and few between Low - It’s hard for me to focus and I feel like I’ve got so much to do I’m drowning

How would you describe your current level of overwhelm…

I feel like things are under control and moving along at a good pace I’m overwhelmed from time to time, but things generally seem manageable I feel pretty overwhelmed at the moment but know that there’s an end in sight I’m so far below water I don’t know which way is up
