About

Who is Danielle Baldwin?

Danielle B. Baldwin is a coach, facilitator, author, and self-described firestarter who has built her career at the intersection of storytelling, leadership, and the art of the well-asked question. After leaving the corporate world behind, she launched her own coaching and facilitation practice and, in 2018, became a certified Vistage Chair — guiding CEOs, business owners, and senior executives in peer group work that sharpens clarity, dissolves burnout, and builds the kind of leadership that lasts.

Her keynotes blend storytelling, strategy, and soul. Whether she’s on a stage, in a circle, or leading a retreat, Danielle sparks the kind of insight that moves people forward — leaving audiences thinking differently about leadership, clarity, and what it means to be fully alive at work.

Her debut book, Sparking Greatness: Harnessing the Power of Inspiration to Lead Boldly and Live Fully, makes the case that inspiration is not a fleeting stroke of luck but a force we can cultivate with intention. Inside, Danielle shares the three conditions that make space for inspiration and the five storytelling elements that make it spread — giving leaders the mindset and toolkit to lead clearly, courageously, and inspired without burning out in the process.

Danielle is based in San Diego, California and can be found at daniellebbaldwin.com and on Substack at daniellebbaldwin.substack.com.

How leaders can move from overwhelm to inspired action by finding stillness, purpose, and the courage to lead like they mean it.
The question that changed everything — and how cultivating a practice of deep inquiry transforms leadership, culture, and teams.
