I’m not the kind of coach who nods politely and lets you stay comfortable. My work lives at the intersection of storytelling and real life, mixing strategy, humor, and the occasional well-aimed word axe. I create safe spaces that also push leaders to grow—because the spark of inspiration comes when you feel both supported and challenged.

Timeline: The (Imperfect and Inspired) Road So Far

2020: Spark Ignites

Started writing Sparking Greatness—a book about inspiration, leadership, and what happens when we stop waiting to feel ready and start moving with meaning.

2016: The Leap

Left the safety net of the corporate world and started my own coaching and facilitation practice. Was equal parts exhilarated and terrified. Didn’t die. Called it a win.

Early Career

Corporate gigs, leadership roles, and a steady itch that maybe I was built for something bolder. Went back to school for an MBA. Started coaching leaders before I knew that’s what I was doing.

Childhood: The East Coast Years

Discovered the power of storytelling long before I could spell “entrepreneur.” Wrote my first short story. Dogs > dolls, always.

2025 (October): Book Launch!

Sparking Greatness hits the shelves. A love letter to anyone who wants to lead boldly, live fully, and rekindle what makes them come alive.

2018: Certified as a Vistage Chair

Launched my first CEO peer group. Found my people. Realized there’s magic in the room when smart, humble, hungry leaders gather—and I get to help them grow.

My 30's

Faced heartbreak, built grit and grace. Grief cracked me open in ways that deepened everything: how I coach, how I write, how I lead. First piece of writing published and first book signing (super fun).

College + Beyond

Majored in the art of asking better questions (a.k.a. creative writing and psychology). Moved to California. Learned how to fold a fitted sheet. Failed. Repeatedly.
