Flexible Discipline Exercise
For You: Flexible Discipline Blueprint
- 1. Set a daily minimum for stillness time.
- 2. Pick a time of day that feels most attainable.
- 3. Outline three different ways you’re going to start to achieve stillness.
- 4. Mark a calendar or use an accountability system that works for you.
- 5. Write your “why”— what makes this practice worth pursuing and protecting?
Your Team: Daily Disconnect Practice
- Set out the same questions and parameters as in the Flexible Discipline Blueprint exercise above.
- At the end of the week, ask each team member to share an insight, a benefit, or a failure.
I’m Danielle B. Baldwin—coach, facilitator, keynote speaker, and proud firestarter.
I work with curious, courageous leaders who are ready to grow beyond what’s safe and into what’s next. Whether it’s in the boardroom, the backwoods, or the pages of my new book Sparking Greatness, I help people find clarity, ditch burnout, and lead with heart. My job? To make you feel seen, challenged, and just uncomfortable enough to change.
